Understand the Platform User Interface
The Bambi software platform is super easy to use, so it only takes a few minutes to orient yourself and align your workflows.
2.1 Top Navigation Menu
From left to right the main navigation menu is as follows (we’ll go into depth of the function of each area shortly.)
- Bambi Logo: Links back to Dispatch dashboard.
- Dispatch: Scheduling and dynamically manage daily trips and assignments
- Map: Visually view your Fleet and Trips throughout the day.
- Team: Manage Assignment scheduling and account and credential information for Drivers and Attendants.
- Fleet: Manage fleet Vehicles and their inspection and credential information.
- Passengers: Manage Passenger information and customized notes.
- Trips: Manage trip import, export, create invoices and customizations.
- Payers: Manage Payers and any customization preferences.
- Pricing: Manage Pricing Scheme including fee and rate preferences.
- Billing: Manage Invoices and Payouts.
- Reports: Dashboard of key metrics for account, drivers and payers.
- Add a Trip: Quickly create an individual trip.
- Channels: Communicate with Dispatch, other Drivers, and User accounts.
- Settings / Signout: Manage Organizational Settings or Sign out of account.
