NEMT Broker: Access2Care

Update: August 2024 MTM acquires Access2Care

MTM, the largest privately held non-emergency medical transportation broker in the US, is acquiring Access2Care, the third-largest NEMT broker. This strategic move will increase MTM's annual revenue by 25% and expand its reach to 44 states and the District of Columbia.

Access2Care, a part of Global Medical Response, has a strong presence in 29 states and specializes in providing NEMT solutions to Medicaid and Medicare health plans. Global Medical Response is divesting Access2Care as it refocuses on its core emergency medical services.

This acquisition follows MTM's successful purchases of Veyo and MTBA, solidifying its growth strategy in the NEMT sector. MTM anticipates a smooth transition, leveraging Access2Care's network and its own advanced technology platform, MTM Link, to enhance service offerings and client experience.
