Access2Care, a part of Global Medical Response, has a strong presence in 29 states and specializes in providing NEMT solutions to Medicaid and Medicare health plans. Global Medical Response is divesting Access2Care as it refocuses on its core emergency medical services.
This acquisition follows MTM's successful purchases of Veyo and MTBA , solidifying its growth strategy in the NEMT sector. MTM anticipates a smooth transition, leveraging Access2Care's network and its own advanced technology platform, MTM Link, to enhance service offerings and client experience.
